Judge issues warning for banks

A High Court judge has issued a stark warning to high street banks to stop behaving unreasonably in their dealings with unsatisfied customers. 

Travellers who compare travel insurance have been warned not to base their decision to purchase on the cost of the policy as this may not be the best way to get good cover, warned financial data company Defaqto.

House price inflation stayed steady in April, rising by a marginal 1.1%, according to Halifax house price figures for the month.
